“Planning a two week trip to France for our family of five daughters was daunting until Kelsey expertly saved me! She patiently took time to listen and understand our family’s personality and dreams for this special trip, and then she made it happen! Our trip was truly magical! From the serene hillside chateaux in the French countryside that made us all feel like royalty to the chic and convenient boutique hotel in Paris, our lodging was perfectly perfect. She arranged for our active family to visit the highest peak in the Alps, kayak on a pristine mountain lake, be chefs for the day in a private cooking class and visit the top of the Eiffel Tower, just to mention a few. It was lovely having guides that helped us avoid long lines and maximize our time. One of the highlights was our family scavenger hunt in the Louvre! Kelsey was always available throughout the trip to answer questions and even make last minute reservations like a string quartet concert at Sainte-Chapelle chapel! “We worked with Kelsey to plan “the trip of a lifetime” - a month exploring Italy with two close friends. Although we had a good idea of where we wanted to go, Kelsey’s expertise helped to refine our itinerary. She found wonderful accommodations for us in six different locations throughout Italy while working within our budget. In each site, we remarked how impressed we were with the hotel, apartment, or agriturisimo that she had secured for us. For example, in Rome, Kelsey booked a hotel in the Monti district. It became clear that this area is considered to be a “hip and happening” area of the city. Great restaurants and bars were close at hand, and we were just minutes from the Colosseum! In addition, Kelsey had advice to refine our experience. For instance, instead of spending a full week in our beautiful “villa” in Tuscany, we stayed for five nights and then traveled to the walled city of Todi in Umbria for 3 nights. We would have never imagined this option, and Todi became one of the true highlights of our trip! Other fabulous suggestions were kayaking the canals of Venice and finishing our trip on the beautiful island of Ischia! Kelsey’s assistance was also invaluable when it came to making arrangements for transportation - cars, trains, and even boats.
Before our trip, Kelsey was generous with her time, making herself available to us via phone and email when we needed to ask questions or to set plans. She is so knowledgable, friendly, and kind - a true joy to work with! The only trouble now is deciding when and where our next adventure will be; the “no-brainer” will be our decision to work with Kelsey once again.”
