What is not included on the trip?
Round trip flights. Arrival and departure transfers. Travel insurance. Trip insurance is required for all of our travelers on our tours. We can provide you with a quote or you can purchase your own plan. Then any optional excursions, shopping or meals that you do/enjoy with your free time or meals not listed in the itinerary are at your own expense.
How much free time do these trips include?
Although some scheduled free time is included on our tours, most days are planned with activities for everyone to enjoy together. We try to leave free time in the afternoons and evenings. We do not want this to feel like a busy trip for you, so we kept that in mind while selecting day to day plans.
Can we opt out of activities?
While we encourage everyone to take part in the included activities, we recognize that sometimes you- or your travel buddy - need a break! You can certainly meek back up with the group later. We just ask that you share your decision with Kelsey beforehand. Also, we know you won’t want to miss out on what we’ve included on this trip!
Dietary restrictions?
We are happy to accommodate most food allergies. The hotels, restaurants & our guides will do their best to accommodate vegetarians, pescatarians, gluten & dairy free clients.
Physical Rating?
No hiking or biking included on this tour. We will keep things at a nice, leisurely pace. We will be on walking tours that can be from 2 hour to 3.5 hours long & you must be able to walk well on cobblestone/uneven streets, flights of stairs, pulling your luggage onto/off of a ferry, also getting in & out of a boat.

Day 1 - Arrival | June 12th
Arrive anytime before 5pm on this day. The tour begins at Vedema Resort, meet us on the terrace for a welcome cocktail around 5:30pm. We can’t wait to meet you! Located in the atmospheric 400-year-old renovated wine cellar is the intimate Privé Dining Room. If privacy is more in line with your preferences, enjoy an exceptional culinary experience in this wonderfully romantic setting. Dinner & Wine included.
Day 2 - | June 13th
Breakfast at the hotel. Let’s dive right into vacay mode with our first day relaxing on a stunning catamaran that will take you around the island of Santorini. You will be transferred to the marina of Ammoudi by your driver where the cruise starts. You will sail to the volcanic springs and the Red and White beaches where you can swim while the crew prepares the barbeque and lunch on board! We’ll take you back to the hotel to freshen up & get ready for another great group dinner. Wait until you see these views! Multi course dinner and drinks included.
Day 3 - | June 14th
Breakfast at the hotel. Our driver will pick us up at 10.00am & take us to the black sand beach for our beach day! Our sun loungers & umbrellas are waiting for us to relax & enjoy our lunch by the water. This is a full serviced beach club, you can order drinks, food (& the food it top notch!). In the afternoon, our drivers will take us back to the hotel to get ready for our farewell dinner to Santorini in the famous town of Oia at Black Rock restaurant.
Day 4 - | June 15th
Breakfast at the hotel. The morning is free to enjoy & to head in whatever direction you’d like to go on the island. A morning Kayak? Want to see the historical ruins on the island? Allow Kelsey to organize something for you. Then in the afternoon we will take a ferry to our next island, Crete! We will arrive around dinner time, but Kelsey won’t let you go hungry. She has a stop in mind on the way to our next hotel. Check into the beautiful, adults only, 5 star property - Domes Noruz.
Day 5 - | June 16th
Breakfast at the hotel. Did someone say, “yacht day!” That’s right! Our drivers will take us to the port to meet our 2 private yachts for the day. Balos beach is the main destination of this cruise. Balos is one of the most unique beaches in Greece & even in the world! You’ll see why. It is a protected natural area tropical lagoon with white & pink sand with seashells. The blue shallow waters are crystal clear & warm, making your swim a heaven experience. Gramvousa island is where your lunch will be served, before or after your visit to its famous castle.
After a day on the water, we will get you back to your hotel for a bit of free time before dinner at a local Taverna in Chania. Dinner & drinks are included.
Day 6 - | June 17th
Breakfast at the hotel. 10:00am pick up from the hotel to explore Chania. You’ll love this walking tour. Chania will charm your socks off! This specially designed tour around the old town & Venetian port will reveal Chania's status as a cultural crossroads. Our walk will allow you to visit the most important sites, such as the Archaeological Museum, the Venetian fortifications, the Arsenals, the Greek Orthodox Cathedral, the Etz Hayim Synagogue, & the Turkish quarters behind the inner harbor. The tour will also bring out plenty of hidden spots off the beaten track, that reflect the eclectic mix of influences that has given Chania its very unique atmosphere. A walk through time, the tour promises to help you gain an understanding of how the city's multilayered history has unfolded. The tour will end here. Let’s grab lunch together! There are many cute tavernas & cafes to try. Free time until 4:45pm. Our transfers will pick us up from the hotel for a visit & an incredible dinner at an Olive Grove that we can’t wait for you to experience & to meet the owners!
Day 7 - | June 18th
Breakfast at the hotel. Pick up from the hotel at 9am. Your journey will take you to discover an incredible pottery workshop committed to the craft of ancient designs. Tour the artist's home & his workshop & learn about his lifestyle & inspiration for this art. We will come back to Chania for lunch on your own & give you time to organize your luggage before checking out tomorrow. In the late afternoon our drivers will pick us up for our last experience & our farewell dinner.
Up in the high peaks of the White Mountains you will prepare some traditional & tasty home-made dishes. Using only healthy bio & organic Cretan ingredients like extra-virgin olive oil, fresh vegetables picked from the garden, local meat, dairy products & the most aromatic herbs. You will have the opportunity to walk their our vegetable gardens to see, feel, smell, touch and taste the pure products of Mother Earth. Your host will also reveal the secrets of local herbs, how the Cretan olive oil affects the people’s health & useful tips about the local products you will use. You will prepare a traditional Cretan recipe with your own hands! Sip some wine, taste the local cheeses & learn how to prepare some appetizers like “Ntakos” and “Tzatziki” & of course, the popular Cretan Cheese-pies “Kalitsouni”. You’ll learn other dishes to make & then enjoy all of your hard work. Trust me, this won’t be your ordinary cooking class and this will be a meal you won’t forget. We have a very fun night planned for our group!
Day 8 - | June 19th
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out of the hotel. Transfer to…. Mykonos? Paros? Athens?

Deposit - EURO 2295 per person. Due immediately to hold your spot on the tour. This is a non refundable deposit. Payments to Curated Greece can be made via credit card. Pricing and Availability are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed until your deposit has been accepted.

The following Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you, the client, and Curated Greece.
PAYMENT POLICY: An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip value is required to place all reservations and secure availability.
40% remaining balance of the total amount is required four months prior to the arrival date, May 24th.
30% remaining balance of the total amount is required two months prior to the arrival date, July 24th
Cancellation policy:
120+ Days prior to departure: non-refundable deposit penalty plus any incurred fees.
119 - 90 days prior to departure: 50% of total amount
89 – 0 Days prior to departure: 100% of total amount
No refunds will be made for no-shows, early departures or unused services
All refund requests must be made in writing and are processed within 30 to 60 days
Please note that all travelers that overnight at any accommodation in Greece, are subject to pay an “overnight accommodation tax”. Guests will have to pay the relevant amount directly to the hotel upon their check in or check out.
The tax amount, payable on the spot, will be: 5* hotels: € 4,00 per room & per night. This cannot be included in your tour.
